This is product is the digital Keyboarding Online Access Code that is an equivalent for the physical access code card (ISBN# 9780997560947) often sold in bookstores.

The Keyboarding Online Access Code is a 16 digit code that works for any software offered by Keyboarding Online. Access Codes are valid for a single software title. If you are taking multiple classes or using multiple software titles, you will need multiple Access Codes.

You will be notified by your instructor and/or a message displayed on your screen if a Access Code is required for your course.

Please note the following conditions of Access Code use:

1. You must be registered under a licensed school, under the direction of an instructor who has chosen to use Keyboarding Online software.
2. Each access code is unique and is valid for a single use on a single file. You cannot re-use an access code. If you are taking multiple classes, you will need multiple access codes.
3. Your student file will be active until either:
   1. Your instructor deletes your file at the end of the course
      or
   2. 12 months from the date your access code was entered
4. You will be prompted to enter the access code after you have successfully logged in and started using the software.
5. If left unused, Access Codes expire 3 years from the year date of purchase.
6. Online Access Code purchases are non-refundable once used.*

* Refunds will be accepted if requested within 48 hours AND THE CODE HAS NOT BEEN ENTERED ON A STUDENT ACCOUNT.
